At Pockets.pk, we want you to love what you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for hygiene products, personal-use gadgets, or accessories once opened.

2. Return Process

  • Email us at contact.pockets.pk@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and pictures (if applicable).
  • Our support team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items.
  • Items used or altered by the customer.
