1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners such as Leopards, TCS, and Call Courier.

2. Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–7 business days
  (Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays or weather conditions.)

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• Free delivery may apply on promotional offers or order values above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp for status updates.

5. Order Confirmation
You will receive a call or message from our support team before dispatch to confirm the order details.

6. Undelivered Orders
If the courier fails to deliver due to wrong address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us. Redelivery can be arranged upon request with additional shipping cost.
